Handstand - open level

This class is for anyone curious about handstands or looking to take their practice further. Whether you're just starting to kick up or already working on advanced shapes, you'll learn how to control your body while upside down—and most importantly, how to enjoy it. We’ll explore what the right technique means for you—because no two bodies are the same. You'll build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, while learning how to stay calm and focused in the face of challenge. Expect to work on all the classic shapes: straight, tuck, straddle and pike. Come and play!

Pranayama

RISE - for the inspired

Float and fly with a group of like-minded practitioners to explore handstands, forearm, and hand balances (note: no shoulder or headstands). This class is for confident movers who embody the wisdom to choose poses that are safe, respectful, and playful for their body on the day. Expect a slow, led practice with space to explore and experiment.

Suitable for those who can invert without assistance—at the wall, with a partner, or solo—and who can make safe, mindful choices while respecting themselves and others.

Spiritual Warrior

Spiritual Warrior class is a 60-minute, vinyasa-style yoga class designed for busy people seeking a balanced and invigorating practice. It features a fixed, flowing sequence that includes warm-ups, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, and a final relaxation, all set to music.
