CLASSES
Mysore - Ashtanga
In a Mysore class, you practice independently, but never alone. The teacher is present and offers individual guidance to each student individually, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced Ashtanga practitioner. You can arrive and begin your practice anytime between 6:00–7:30 am. If you are new to the Mysore style, your class will typically last about one hour.
No previous experience with Ashtanga yoga is required. Mysore is a calm, supportive, and progressive way to develop a personal yoga practice.
Energy Work
Energy Healing is a transformational class where we apply powerful energy healing methods — working directly with energetic tools such as intention, subtle energy practices, clearing techniques, and guided processes — to release blockages, dissolve limiting beliefs, and restore balance. This deep energy work soothes and harmonizes your energy field, while also activating and opening the heart so you can reconnect with your inner truth. Feldenkrais
Rooted in neuroplasticity and biomechanics, Feldenkrais uses subtle, mindful movements to rewire habitual patterns, ease tension, and awaken new possibilities in body and mind. This approach is meditative yet dynamic—perfect for dancers, yogis, or anyone curious about moving with more awareness, efficiency, and freedom. Expect a mix of sensing, imagining, and playful movement to uncover your body’s full expressive potential.
Handstand - open level
This class is for anyone curious about handstands or looking to take their practice further. Whether you're just starting to kick up or already working on advanced shapes, you'll learn how to control your body while upside down—and most importantly, how to enjoy it. We’ll explore what the right technique means for you—because no two bodies are the same. You'll build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, while learning how to stay calm and focused in the face of challenge. Expect to work on all the classic shapes: straight, tuck, straddle and pike. Come and play!
Hatha Pranayama
Open to all levels. A classically rooted yoga session centred around the breath. The breath is the key to both body and mind, and can regulate emotional states, energy and presence. The class weaves together asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation) to create balance – whether you're seeking renewed vitality or deeper rest. The teaching is based on the tradition of Krishnamacharya, often referred to as the father of modern Yoga.
Ballet
This one-hour classical ballet class follows a traditional structure designed to build strength, precision, and body awareness. The class begins with a focused barre warm-up emphasizing correct technique, alignment, strength, and length through foundational ballet exercises. We then progress to center work and short dancing combinations, developing coordination, musicality, posture, and clarity of movement. Attention is given to proper placement, use of turnout, and efficient movement patterns to support safe and sustainable practice.
Suitable for beginners and those returning to ballet, this class offers a clear, structured approach to classical ballet, supporting steady progression while reconnecting with the discipline, elegance, and joy of the form.
Soft Flow
Soft Flow blends traditional and relaxing yoga postures with meditation, focusing on slow movements, mindful stretches and seated positions to release muscle tension and alleviate joint stiffness. This practice is designed to be accessible to all, offering a nurturing space to ease into asanas at your own pace while promoting relaxation and well-being.
Spiritual Warrior
Spiritual Warrior class is a 60-minute, vinyasa-style yoga class designed for busy people seeking a balanced and invigorating practice. It features a fixed, flowing sequence that includes warm-ups, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, and a final relaxation, all set to music. The class emphasizes breath awareness and a moving meditation, connecting physical movement with spiritual intention and grounding the practitioner.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa offers variety—there is no fixed sequence, allowing each class to be unique. The style, pace, and intensity vary by teacher, with sequences designed around a peak pose, a specific theme like chakras, or an aspect of yoga philosophy. Some classes may be energetic and strength-focused, while others emphasize slower, fluid movements to enhance mobility and flexibility in the spine or hips. This ever-evolving practice offers something for everyone, fostering balance, strength, and mindfulness.
Yin
Surrender into a deep state of relaxation and release, allowing tension to melt away as you create space in your body, mind, and life. This practice cultivates inner awareness and serenity as you ease into reclined or seated postures. By holding these healing, supported poses for three minutes or more, you gently open the deeper layers of connective tissue around the joints, releasing tension and allowing yourself to fully relax. A space to recalibrate and immerse to the healing vibrations of sound. This session invites you to sink into stillness while being bathed in the gentle vibrations of sound. Through instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice, sound healing works on a cellular level — supporting your nervous system, calming the mind, and creating space for emotional release or integration. No previous experience is needed. You’re invited just as you are — to lie down, close your eyes and receive.

This dynamic House dance class offers a rich exploration of rhythm, musicality, and self-expression through movement. Rooted in the freestyle foundations of House, the class blends grooves, intricate footwork, and fluid floorwork into a cohesive and empowering movement experience.
